Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Global Recruit Partners, K.K. referral scheme is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. Definitions: "Company" or “GRP” refers to Global Recruit Partners, K.K.  “Candidate” refers to the individual who is currently registered in the data base of the Company “Referrer” refers to the individual who is providing and recommending the candidate for the role “Referee” refers to the individual whose information has been provided by the Referrer and must not be an existing candidate in the database.

1. Only candidates registered with GRP can participate in the referral scheme (“Scheme”).
2. To qualify, you must refer to the GRP an individual who is placed by GRP into a permanent or temporary employment role within Japan and who completes three (3) months employment in that role within twelve (12) months from the date of the referral. For the avoidance of doubt, the Scheme will not apply to individuals who are already known to, or registered with, GRP.
3. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can introduce under this Scheme.
4. The referee must have consented to their details being passed to GRP.  
5. Each Referrer who makes the referral will receive a shopping voucher worth JPY 50,000 (inclusive of all taxes and fees) (“Gift Card”). The Gift card is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is subject to the issuer(s)’ own terms and conditions.
6. The Referee can only be referred once to GRP. If the Referee is referred by two people or more, then the referred individual will determine who is eligible for the Gift Card.
7. It is your responsibility to claim the Gift Card by contacting GRP consultant and complete the required registration form within one (1) year of referral.
8. You agree that GRP is not responsible for any taxes including income taxes as may be required by law arising from you receiving the Gift Card and acknowledge that you are responsible for such taxes.
9. GPR retains sole discretion in determining whether to award the Gift Card under the Scheme, and GRP makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality or suitability of the gift. To the extent permitted by law, GRP accepts no liability for any loss or damage or whatsoever which is suffered in connection with your participation in the Scheme or acceptance of the prize.
10. Subject to local regulation, if for any reason this Scheme is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical errors or any other causes beyond the control of GRP which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity, GRP reserves the rights in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Scheme.  
11. These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
